United Link Care Services is an integrated disability services provider, based in South East Sydney. Emma, ULCS’s Director, approached Amadeus to create a website for a business they had just acquired.

We’d worked with Emma before, and really enjoyed the energy and optimism that she brings to everything she does. She’s deeply passionate about creating better opportunities for people with disability, and their ever-expanding services speak to the many ways that her team recognise the many challenges that those with disability face, as well as their family and care support network.

Happy to work with the provided business name and logo (with a few tweaks!) we proceeded to our strategy phase.

How we built the NDIS services brand

Having done a few projects in the disability space, we were familliar with the audience, and could get started right away.

We caught up over a video conference to chat about the service offerings, find out a bit more about the current environment of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and get a feel for where Emma is wanting to take the business.

From this session, we were able to produce a Key Messaging framework to kickstart the project, quickly followed up with some proposals for a visual identity system and website design. These were approved right away.

The benefit of having everything under one roof is that the copywriting and web design phases can be consolidated. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, and I like all web development that the client sees to be as close to final as possible, which includes copywriting.

Emma is so easy to work with, and the site was approved really quickly. From briefing to Go Live, the project ran for just on three weeks.

What was involved?

  • Key Messaging Framework

  • Copywriting

  • Visual Identity System (Logo Provided, with a few tweaks applied)

  • Branded Templates

  • Website Design & Development
