Sara, from Care Live Smile, who I’d worked with in 2021 to build her home-care workforce brand returned in late 2024 with a new business proposition. Pivoting from workforce supply, she wanted to build her own home care business, thins time working with NDIS participants, as well as continuing providing support for older people. Simply, it was switching from a B2B model to a B2C.
Having worked with Sara and her team before, I knew how much passion, energy and care she put into her business. Her people stayed with the company for years, and there is a palpable sense of how much Sara and her team care for their employees, who can in turn provide a high quality of care for their clients.
They wanted an energetic, vibrant brand that reflected their brand personality and optimism. This was going to be fun!
